Horizon Forbidden West is back at No. 1 in the UK charts, three months after its first release.
Sales of the game have increased by 94% week-over-week after the release of a new official PS5 hardware bundle. This means Nintendo Switch Sports fell to No. 2 after three weeks at No. 1. The Switch exclusive saw physical sales drop 37% week over week.
The arrival of more PS5 action has boosted sales of other titles on the platform, including Gran Turismo 7, which is at No. 10 after a 38% sales increase, and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. , which re-enters the chart at No. .15 aftermarket jumped 275%.
It’s been a very quiet time for boxed game releases (and one that should last all summer), but there’s a new game hitting the charts – Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, debuting at No. 20.
Back in the Top 5, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga slips to No. 3 after a 30% drop in sales, Mario Kart 8: Deluxe holds No. 4 despite sales down 16%, while Pokemon Legends: Arceus is up one spot. No. 5 following a 5% increase in sales.
Last week’s new release, Evil Dead – The Game, drops from #5 to #12 after a 51% drop in sales.
